Get a single source type definition
Return the raw source type definition for name as stored in the workspace YAML.
Reads {WORKSPACE_PATH}/source_types/{name}.yaml and returns its content
as JSON so the Console UI drawer can display the most up-to-date configuration,
including manual edits made directly to the workspace file outside the UI.
